Refund Policy
Helios (operated by Staki) is committed to transparent billing. This policy explains the conditions under which refunds may be granted.
14-Day Right of Withdrawal
As a consumer, you have a 14-day right of withdrawal from your subscription start date. A full refund will be issued if you have not created any invoices during the withdrawal period. To exercise this right, contact us at contact@staki.fr.
After Use
Once you have created invoices using the service, the 14-day withdrawal right no longer applies, as the digital service has been partially consumed. No refund will be issued in this case.
Invoice Credit Packs
One-shot invoice credit packs are non-refundable once any credits have been used. Unused credits have no expiry date and remain available on your account indefinitely.
Annual Subscriptions
For annual subscriptions, a prorated refund may be granted if you cancel within the first 30 days of the subscription period and have not consumed a significant portion of the service. After 30 days, no refund is issued for the remaining period.
