By using Helios, you agree to these terms. Helios is operated by Staki (contact@staki.fr). These terms are governed by French law.
Accounts
You are responsible for keeping your login credentials secure and for all activity under your account. You must provide accurate information. Accounts used for fraudulent purposes will be terminated.
Billing & Cancellation
Paid plans renew automatically (monthly or annually) unless cancelled before the renewal date. You may cancel at any time from your account settings. One-shot invoice packs are non-refundable once credits are consumed. Refunds for unused subscription periods are at Helios' discretion.
Liability
Helios provides tools for invoice generation but does not replace professional accounting or legal advice. We are not liable for errors in your invoices or tax declarations.
